John was injured in a farming accident. He suddenly lost both his legs and spent several weeks in the hospital. This young man was at our shelter for a while. Got hooked on drugs. While with us he straightened his life out. Don’t know where he is now….he left one Sunday morning and walked up north.

Invisible neighbors are all around us. Some are professionals who are victims of poor decisions. The poor decision to do drugs or make bad business decisions. They need our attention.
I have the privilege of working at Union Mission of Roanoke Rapids, Inc. Men come our way for help. We are glad to show them the way to God.
